I grabbed a mango dragonfruit limonade and literally got a piece of fruit!!! It was tasteless, the drinks are getting worse and worse.

Our coffees were almost flavorless & gross. We were disappointed with the super cheap taste for the price.

You need to install some signage and perhaps even stripes to demark drive through and rear exit of your parking lot. The lot is very tight and people in the drive though block everything by being exactly in the middle, rather than staying left. Many may not be aware of the back exit. Today I had a confrontation due to people actively trying to block me from getting to the rear exit. (I assume they thought I was trying to get ahead of them in the drive through? Really? Give me a break!).

I think it is supposed to be one way for people actually dining in or picking up (in front out rear). If not it should be, as it is very difficult and unsafe to go back out the front, with people coming off the main road and essentially doing a u-turn at speed into the lot, along with people coming from Walmart lot. There should be one way signs for safety.

Wow! This is my first time to Hobbs love seeing the collab with police and Starbucks oh and the coffee and tea was perfect!!! I highly recommend this Starbucks!

Barista was rude and condescending. Expected us to know names of off menu items. Did not take notes which resulted in them having to make it three times. Simple order: caffeine free vanilla frappe with strawberry drizzle.

Well thanks opening baristas, i just spent 9dlls on something i cant even enjoy due to your lack of professionalism and integrity. When i order a specific milk to be used, more than likely its because that's all i can drink. I also do not appreciate being lied to by careless employees who cant read an order correctly that's stuck on the cup in bold letters. Im standing there watching you make my drink and i asked was oatmilk used and was told yes, meanwhile not one box of oatmilk present on the counter. Apart from your town being a trashy one, anything nice brought into this town follows suit due to the employees being hired.
