Barista was rude and condescending. Expected us to know names of off menu items. Did not take notes which resulted in them having to make it three times. Simple order: caffeine free vanilla frappe with strawberry drizzle.
Their taking forever i waitnted a t least 10 munites this is ridiculous so better I know their busy but please I'm from out of town why are they taking forever wheres the manager
The baristas are nice and usually pretty quick. However, they don’t seem to participate in the lower waste initiatives Starbucks touts. When I designate I’ll be using a personal cup in the app, more than 50% of the time they’ll have already put the drink in a single use plastic cup that they will offer to pour into the personal cup and then throw away. This defeats the entire purpose and, as this is the only location in my area, makes me seriously consider no longer purchasing...
