You know what you’re getting here—and that’s the comfort. Drinks are consistent, customizable, and hit the same every time, whether it’s your morning caffeine fix or an afternoon pick-me-up. When they’re in rhythm, orders come out right and the baristas are friendly and efficient.

That said, peak hours can test your patience. Lines get long, popular items sometimes sell out, and waits happen—so having a backup order isn’t a bad life skill here....

Barista was rude and condescending. Expected us to know names of off menu items. Did not take notes which resulted in them having to make it three times. Simple order: caffeine free vanilla frappe with strawberry drizzle.

Their taking forever i waitnted a t least 10 munites this is ridiculous so better I know their busy but please I'm from out of town why are they taking forever wheres the manager
