Getting service at Drylands Bar is horrible. Sat there for 20 minutes with multiple servers passing by not even a menu. Food is good when or if you can order it. Do better.

Our pizza was served cold like it just came out of a freezer. Sent it back and it wasn't much better when it returned, worse than frozen grocery store pizza.

Bad service... 30 minute wait and couldn't get service. Kitchen closed and people that came in after us was serviced food. Manager called us a lier when we said we were waiting that long and was gonna check the cameras.

Sunday night around 8:30, the bar was almost full, a few people playing pool and all the tables were empty except one. Waited 15 min for the server to come. She waited on the only other table but walked right on past us. I asked the bartender about getting food and she said she would send someone over. Another 10 minutes and no one came. We are now at Dennys where we got seated and placed our order with a friendly server within 10 minutes. I gave 2 stars because of the many tv's and the good (but too loud) music. This is no way to treat guests who are staying at the hotel and playing at the casino. There are several restaurants just a short drive away that deserve your patronage.

The bar is good except for Sundays and I believe Mondays reason being for a slow bartender that can't seem to multi-task but the other bartenders keep you right everytime I recommend this place for a cold drink and it's greatly delicious burgers

We waited an hour for a burger and a turkey wrap. The wrap was brought to me with no turkey. She offered to take it back, but I didn’t want to wait another hour for replacement. She did bring me some turkey to put on it, although I don’t really like having to prepare my own food at a restaurant. Never saw the server again. No drink refills, I couldn’t even get a napkin. Still currently trying to get our ticket so we can pay and leave, and still being ignored. Hopefully my experience is not the norm, but I won’t be going back.
