Had a horrible experience with the staff they were unprofessional and rude. They had the bathrooms blocked off with chairs around 6:30 pm and they don’t close until 9pm, we had politely asked if my 3 year brother could use the restroom and Jose (an employee) repeated multiple times “No i just cleaned them” “I just said no” “No i just cleaned them” with a obnoxious look on his face. We told him it’s a health violation for the restrooms to be blocked off if they are not out of order and he rolled his eyes and walked to the back. As this was happening another girl Lonnie (the other employee) told us “He already said no and we’re not going to let anybody in.” We told her it will be getting reported to HR and she repeated “GO AHEAD” “GO AHEAD”. Another customer witnessed this as well and said the way they were acting was unprofessional and Lonnie sighed loudly and got an ugly attitude with her as she was checking her out.

I had the most disappointing service in Hobbs tonight, sadly. We were so excited to get subway and ordered from the app. So we went to pick up and one of the sandwiches actually had old, hard, stale bread. I went in to ask for it to be remade. The one young man who seemed to be either manager or self appointed, he was skinny long hair scraggly white guy. He was the rudest subway worker I have ever encountered. He said they would not remake it. I said fine refund my money. He told me I would have to contact door dash. I told him I did not order from DoorDash I ordered from the app. He argued with me that that meant I ordered from DoorDash, then agreed to make it but told me, “next time if you get stale bread there’s nothing we can do about it.” What?!?!! Does subway support this???? It didn’t have to be like that. Then when I asked what that young man’s name was, the other employees refused to give it saying they don’t have to give their names. Big time fail Subway.
