I have just visited Sushiko by accident when I was on the way back to Texas from the White Sand National Park. The food truck made a cozy atmosphere with the outdoor light and it made me feel warm in a cool night of December. This restaurant provided dishes that mix between Japanese food and Mexican taste (I personally think that) so they have avocado and cream cheese in almost all of their dishes.
