Every time I order from here they forget multiple items. Half the time my food is wrong, and the last 2 times I went , I paid for food that I did not get. The one by Lowe’s is much better.

10/02)25 approximately 6:30pm . I ordered 3 $7 luxe boxes with modifications, got home and didn't get any of my mods in any of my boxes even after I ask the girl who gave me the order assured me the were done! Call the store to complain and the only male employee on duty said he would remake my order. When I got to the store to get my remade order the male employee took very good care of me not the female manager on duty! He should be the manager not the female who didn't apologize or even acknowledge me!

Taco bell in turner is so amazing I always go here w my boyfriend you can never go wrong here, staff are always quick, sometimes strange because they constantly have new people so it really differs. But nevertheless the food hasn’t disappointed me yet, only when they take out the nacho fries 😒 but that’s not their fault, so yes I really recommend this place and it’s always empty when we go.

Employees are friendly and the food was good. And I like the boxes you serve, alot of us are on fix income. And these DISCOUNTED BOXES help me to be able to have a Taco Bell once and awhile.
I ordered nuggets and didn’t get get them basically paid 10 dollars for fries that were soggy and my Crunchwrap was made wrong I called to complain and the guy didn’t even know how to handle the situation.

Ordered Gordita Crunch Combo and 2 cinnamon twist, hardly no meat on the Gordita and didn't receive my cinnamon twist I paid for.... Ask for mild sauce.... Nothing.... Everything is labeled on the receipt.... Sad!

Worst taco bell experience in some time. Jokingly put "Cashier A" on order at kiosk after actual cahier insistently directed us to the self order station. I feel that's why our order took forever, they didn't even start our order until my pregnant wife left to sit in the truck. Then, they finally asked if I was waiting and name in the order. I then seen them start making our order and our order, flashing with time stopped, on screen. On further inspection and out of boredom I began looking around and the place is actually pretty bad..Bathroom trash overflowing, toliets stained, dead bugs in window, pans holding sauces dirty, drain under ice machine filthy....yeah I had alot of free time
