We were a party of 12 we waited over 20mins for someone to take our order. Waited about another 10mins to get our drinks then another 45mins to recieve our food. Half of the order was cold, some was raw and 2 of them were wrong. But that is just not the Clovis location either. SMH Sad to say the servers mostly cater to the people who are drinking alcohol.

Not only did the waitress get the entire order wrong but the broccoli was undercooked and needed to be sent back. Actually, 3 plates came to the table wrong. The waitress was terrible. We even had an order to go and that was wrong. The waitress disappeared and we asked another waitress to go find her, that was an extra 5 minutes wasted, we basically paid thru the kiosk and left. I'm from Texas visiting family and in Texas, our Roadhouses would NEVER!
Kid-friendliness: We ordered a simple cheeseburger for our kid at the table and they brought out this huge burger with mushrooms and the works, instantly turned our kid off. He's a teenager but his pallet isn't. That plate was immediately sent back and we're stuck dealing with a hungry teen. No thanks!

My steak was over done and tough. I ordered medium rare. My mashed potatoes were dry. Waiter was great, but cooks were super slow. Best part of my dish was the Mac and cheese. Maybe it was an off day or maybe the need to get it together.

Update on review I went to Texas Roadhouse again and when I got my pork chop it was like raw pink and it had a weird taste I didn't want to chance it and I didn't eat it!! So I have to drop my star to 4 stars!!

The wife and I went there 11/16/2024 at approximately 4:00pm and I ordered the pulled pork tips with a sweet potato and the wife ordered the 8oz ribeye with medium rare with shrimp, our meals came out and the waiter looked at me and said that there is something missing and I said yes there is I don’t have my pulled pork he then said they was making it fresh, my thought was then why bring my plate. I then waited about 15 minutes just to get it cold and dry and the wigs steak was overcooked and also dry, we then just asked for a to go box and paid and even left a tip.
• Great food, The steaks were cooked right, everything was delicious. • Amazing service, waiters/waitresses were very polite, attentive, and professional. • The atmosphere was very loud. We could barely sit and have a conversation without having to lean in and turn your ear to what was being said. Definitely not a good place to go for a romantic dinner
We have been before and will definitely go again. Overall a great place to eat with very reasonable prices. If it wasn't for how loud it was it would definitely be 5 stars.

I have eaten at dozens of TRH all over and are my favorite restaurant but this one is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST! The service was awful. The cactus blossom had to be sent back because it was raw in the middle. My shrimp were so salty I ate one and couldn't finish. The only good thing I can say is the filet was on point.

Went Friday October 25 with my husband we had 20 minutes sitting down the waitress never came to the table just served others being a lil racist as my husband had a Mexican cap and shirt he then asked another waiter and she took our order the manager came and offered an appetizer but that waiter should honestly be fired

I went to Texas Roadhouse this past week and i have been there multiple times. I love going here and have always had good service. I went last week and was served my Mercedes we were left with empty drinks for 10-15 minutes. We asked another server to refill our drink and she did but we still did not see our server until we flagged her down for our check. the only reason we will come back is because the consideration of the other servers. The food is always up to par and we have never had problems here in our years of attending this restaurant until now.

It was horrible, we had called for a table like 2 hours before there were 13 of us 10 got there they were waiting on me am I two granddaughters that went to see my sick sick sick sister, they get there they say they can't see them until the full parties there, they seated the 10 they say that we have to wait behind 35 people to get waited on, that we cannot set with our party. The ladies up front were very rude to begin, the waitress was very rude also, so the rest of them said well we're not going to eat here they got up and left and we all left, you lost out on a lot a lot of money plus a very large tip cuz my kids tip very very large, it was a very bad experience with very rude people I would not suggest this place to even a mouse.
