The Paleta Bar Hobbs

Went in around six pm and we were not aknowledge at all shame I like this place.

This is the best place I have been to they make the best paleta bar.

We went today around 6. The place was dirty, they had vulgar music on. No large cups for aguas frescas, water spilt in front of where they keep the paletas. Just dirty over all and not a great experience. The milkshake is definitely not worth the $10 and the cheese for the nachos was Luke warm.

Friday 8/8 Friday! Excited about trying it! Says it closes at 10pm, it’s 8:30pm and it’s closed!!!

Today was disappointing. So, you have to pay first in the drive-thru and Despite their paletas being delicious, paying extra + tip for a topping you don’t get is really lame. I wanted piñon nuts and after trying to pass off peanuts as pinion nuts, they admit to not having any. So I gave back the peanut covered paleta. I opted for one with no nuts, they get full charge + tip, and I’m left with a sad craving let down. Don’t let people pay for ingredients you can’t give them, then don’t lie and try to pass off something completely different as what they paid for.

Every time I come to Hobbs, this paletería is a must-stop for us. My daughters and I absolutely love their paletas and even more, the fruit cup with chocolate! The place is always very clean, well-organized, and the service is 10/10.

Staff was great, place was clean, ice cream was perfect. Ice cream was not too frozen and not too soft. Recommend to everyone who goes out to Hobbs New Mexico

I love coming here and the paletas are great, but the service today was the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. When we walked in we weren’t greeted by any of the employees. We started ordering our stuff and the employees did not seem happy or even gave us a smile. It looked like they were miserable. The girl just started at us and gave us a neutral look. Then after my friend helped the employee after he dropped something and he didn’t even bother to say thank you. I hate to be the type of person to go out of my way to leave a bad review but the service was truly horrible.
