Staff was great, place was clean, ice cream was perfect. Ice cream was not too frozen and not too soft. Recommend to everyone who goes out to Hobbs New Mexico

I love coming here and the paletas are great, but the service today was the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. When we walked in we weren’t greeted by any of the employees. We started ordering our stuff and the employees did not seem happy or even gave us a smile. It looked like they were miserable. The girl just started at us and gave us a neutral look. Then after my friend helped the employee after he dropped something and he didn’t even bother to say thank you. I hate to be the type of person to go out of my way to leave a bad review but the service was truly horrible.

waited at the drive through for 10 mins & didn’t get helped. the girl working clearly saw me when I pulled up to the window & didn’t bother to acknowledge me, she just turned around acting like she didn’t care that she had a customer waiting.
This place is awesome. Many choices of yummy ice cream, dipps & drinks with Mexico flavor. The help is nice & happy to be of service. Kids are allowed! My choices for out-of-towners

Super recommended, excellent service, everything is super delicious, the only thing missing is some delicious avocado popsicles and it would be perfect
