OVERALLToreados Taco Grill is an A-okay place for tacos in Hobbs.RATING BREAKDOWNFood: 3.5 | Service: 4 | Ambiance: 2 | Price: 3 PARKINGMinimal parking spots out front are available. Many folks park across the street and jaywalk.LOCATION/AMBIANCERight away, I noticed all the Mexican bottled beers they offer. My brother mentioned the tables were new.THE GRUBThere was complimentary chips and salsa. Not very spicy salsa, but well-blended and flavorful. I opted to start the meal off with a Carta Blanca cerveza mainly because I'd never tried it. It was alright. The alambre taco plate ($13). You can request flour tortillas for $1 extra, however, this dish is comprised of 4 small corn tortillas with a layer of "top sirloin with red peppers, green peppers, onions, and cheese. I was asked if I wanted beans and rice with it. I didn't understand the question. Isn't that standard protocol?I really enjoyed the tray of three salsas that they brought out with our food. The red one had a good kick. LITTLE YELPER'S CLUBI didn't have my kids in tow. Didn't see any kid's menu, but I'll check next time.SERVICEThe two ladies serving the entire place were fast and friendly. MY FAVORITE PART...The amount of bell peppers in my alambre tacos.NOT SO FAVORITE PART...Bland beans and rice.

Worst burrito I ever had. I wanted asada but they call it asado, not sure if it’s supposed to be the same thing. Im used to Los Angeles Mexican food. Way better than this place and Texas. The meat had no flavor and was pretty much drowned in red sauce. Very sloppily made. The service was sub par as well. Won’t be going back. The homemade chips were very good as well as the salsa. That’s about it.

The Al pastor and carnitas tacos were fantastic. Service was friendly and the menu extensive. If you're driving through much better than fast food !

Well.... First time going... Seems nice and clean.. all I had was soup.. and it was good.. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu.. the waitress was friendly and helpful. Moderate prices on the food..

Went to eat here for the first time today and we sat down to get our orders in and I wanted to get a beer and I forgot my wallet at the house and the server was rude and disrespectful to me by saying I look like a 15 year old I mean come a 15 year old doesn’t have a bears or tattoos or owns his own car I felt disappointed and disrespected and once I ordered my food i said not crunchie on the meat and gave me my order almost Burnt I’m not going going any more to this restaurant not professional service or being respectful they pay more attention ti there phones than to the customers If I could rate this to a zero star I would bad service here

Thay didn't have most of the menu,came back 3times,and said thay didn't have any, please order anything else.we did that didn't have it either.the pork torta wasn't that tasty. 2 stars for the pretty waitress.

Went to Hobbs New Mexico and I try this place I got the quesarica or quesadillas de barbacoa and a side of asado the asado not great the quesadillas of barbacoa not great either I wouldn’t go back the only thing I like the micheladas are good but food wise no also try the queso con chorizo not great….

A must dining experience. Many many choices, I tried the pulled pork, brisket, al pastor, and alambre tacos. Very good lemonade, and micheladas. I will definitely go back many more times, as there are a lot of items to still sample. Luckily i googled, seldom do I drive by that area. Great staff, servers, clean.
