I like undergrounds the coffee is great but they tip themselves without asking. Listen I worked in the service industry so I get it tips are nice to have & if they had just asked I would 100% tip them but they did not. Tell me why she told me my total was $10.51 but my card was charged $16.51. Not okay. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt.

They don't care about the customer. They are rude and act like they don't even want to be there. The drinks are not made correctly any of the times I have ordered and they take their sweet time making it even if not busy.

It was $25 for a tea, a red bull, & 2 bagels. Not worth it. I asked for easy ice. Twice. They gave me a cup full of ice. 2/3 of my “drink”. Ice. One person took my order and another person gave me my order. But there’s also no need to charge someone their drinks and food separate. Would recommend to go to the one on grimes.
