Did Wendy's sell or get new management? About 2 months ago (its oct 2025) the food changed, its GROSS. The food is always cold. They switched lettuce to cheap bag shredded lettuce that wilts as soon they put it on your burger, Wendy's is known for Roman lettuce. The tomatoes are squishy like they are cut the day before and if you want hot fries you are at the wrong restaurant. This used to be the place to get a burger, not anymore. It will be another empty building unless things change. You used to have to wait in a long line, now there might be 3 cars infront of you, you can drive up and just pickup your cold food. đ€ź

never scan my coupon right, supposedly its supposed to be free fries with any purchase above 5 dollars and they never place it right. the manager is always very heavy on the attitude as well.

Service 5 stars. â â â â â The one star is for the fact that this is unfortunatly the 3rd time I've had a histamine reaction to something that is in the meat. I have autoimmune issues that force me to cut most things out of my diet like bread, fries, corn syrup, seed oils, preservatives, additives etc. I usually order lettuce wrap burgers which taste great. Over the past year or so however I've noticed that something has changed in the meat itself. 1 star for Wendy's. I wish Wendy's would step up and lead by example by removing the meat additives, switching to 100% actual beef, using real sugar in their drinks, and cooking in beef tallow. For obvious safety reasons I'll never return to Wendy's until something is done about this. I understand profit is important but we are the reason you are open and operating. It isn't right to serve this to the public knowing full and well what long term harm is to be expected with these toxins and carcinogens that your company cooks and makes the food with that you then sell to us. The studies on these ingredients are becoming mainstream and are no longer in the category of tin foil hat wearing theories. Again I hope to see Wendy's set the example with this crucial change of course for the health of our country. #MAHA

The managers here are garbage. I can only imagine how they treat the workers, probably donât even care about them. I was ordering and the managers fired a lady for not having her shirt after she paid for the shirt. How do You have someone working for you as a manager and donât care about people you never know what people going on especially in the world we live in today. I pray for that lady them managers should not be managing nothing. Just disgusting
I ordered the takis meal on door dash and ended up getting a baconator. I have been waiting so long to try this meal just to get a burger like seriously. On the receipt it even says âtakis fuego CHIKENâ not BEEF do better Wendyâs seriously how do you mess up that bad?
