Hate the new AI ordering at the drive thru

Food was great once it was given. The AI was not a pleasant experience and only got half my order and just heard my second half. When we got to the friend we where meet with a young kind gentleman given excellent service though seemed new and in able to help with my order. Manager or older women shows up and was very unhelpful with given me my order. She seemed willing to help but have up when she couldn't understand what i was telling her and assumed my order was wrong. I had made one order for two different meals and she could not comprehend that. My wife has to intervene she still didn't understand so we decided we'd just ask we wanted another order and that our previous order is fine. She asked what to drink and I wanted a banana split shake. I ended up with a strawberry chocolate shake. I didn't want to put the poor boy through it again so I got my order and left without re correcting the other lady. They did not course the window and the lady that helped me with my order was extremely crude with the rest of her employees it peers and was mad about an employee using the restroom. If your wanting a nice long conversion where it leads to no where but circles I recommend coming here.

If I could give yall zero stars I would I literally just went up there to order some food stood outside for almost 15 minutes just for them to take my order Man there was nobody in the drive-through and they all seen me waited another 15 minutes just to get my food and when I got it, it was wrong. I ordered a chili cheese fry and 2 chili cheese dogs. I got a chili cheese fry but little to no chili or cheese and two chili cheeseburgers so disappointed this is not how you run a business and if you see a customer standing outside, take the order or just speak with them and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment. Don’t leave them standing out there for 15 minutes when I can clearly see inside, there is no customers in drive-through and y’all were just talking. Wasted my time and my Money
