Ordered wings and literally got feathers. WTH of worthless prep is this? I should not be plucking the feathers out of my dinner in 2025 after paying for it!!!

The wings are a plenty here. A great sauce list from real hot (spicy) to sweet! Ordered well-done so the skin was crispy. Counter service was friendly and pleasant.

Very poor service, especially over the phone. The last time I called twice, they kept me on hold for over an hour each time. They never answered. I tried another day, and it was the same. They should hire people who actually want to work and answer calls.

Tried calling multiple times to place an order, but either got left on hold indefinitely or was hung up on multiple times without ever speaking to anyone. Ended up ordering online, and while the food was just okay, the fries were completely burnt and the wings barely had any sauce. When I went to pick up the order, I could literally see the phone ringing with employees just ignoring it. Clearly, they don’t care about customer service. Very disappointing experience—definitely won’t be coming back.

Horrible experience. They forgot my chicken sandwich combo and when I came to get it, they said they would get on it but I still waited over half an hour for them to even START making my sandwich. I had to ask multiple times for my sandwich. Parking is atrocious and the lobby is dirty. The place is obviously understaffed.

I came in around dinner time to pick up my order customer service was very rude when I asked for my sides , also was no Cajun on my fries or corn. This is very disappointing because how much I have spend, when I called to complain I never got no response and was put on hold.

Costumer service was rude and spent 70 dollars just for the Cajun fries to look like that and the corn didn’t even have even Cajun neither did the fries… I tried calling was on hold for 40 minutes for no one to pick up the phone …

Slowest service ever they never have anything ready on time they always have the sloppiest people working and the slowest people working like come on get it together or just close this place down. Not worth waiting 30 to an hour just for some wings

Ordering wings online was super easy, they have some good deals! Our Order came out perfect and quickly , the wings and fries were fresh and delicious as always along with the amazing ranch! definitely will be going back! 🙂
