All around the worst experience i have had at a wing stop. Made and online order, when I arrived at the time the order was supposed to be done. I still had to wait another 30 mins to get the order. The orders were not in separate boxes all the chicken was in one box and separated with the paper. Didn't matter if the chicken was dry or had sauce. Not sure about this place anymore or at least thos location.

Order food through the app tonight was an estimated time of 18 mins. We know wing stop takes awhile so we waited about 30 mins to go pick it up. It was a hour later that we got the order well all the employees were standing by the fries on their phones and laughing as a previous fast food manager not only does that look terrible on your store but the young manager running the front did now seem like he knew what to do when we asked about missing something In the order and the people next to us was saying there whole order was wrong. Being on your phones giggling and having no gloves on is completely unacceptable no one washing their hand after touching their phones and then touching the food. I would definitely be checking the camera if I was a store manager there.

So the young lady that answered the phone regarding my undercooked food and stale fries hung up in my face only after I told her the fries were cold and chicken was undercooked. She told me I was wrong but said she would replace my fries mind you after a 30 minute hold time. I asked for a corporate number or obviously another number to call and was told there isn’t one. It sure ain’t the same place and if she is a manager it will probably be closed soon. We loved going there before R.I.P. my review is unavailable. -0 to the food and service

Waited a whole hour for a small order Never got the food , asked for a refund instead I was told the order was given to another customer while getting my refund Do not recommend Guy bagging the food was sweeping the floor and constantly wiping his nose with his bare hands , never washed them.
Me and my sister got the New Mexican Street Spice and hot honey. It was delicious and prepared by Casper the friendly Ghost. Shout out to Casper and the lady with amazing hair at the counter who was nice and got our order to us quickly.

They didn't have a cashier to take an order management was gone for 30 mins other workers cussing infront of customers my kids were there and they had horrible attitudes towards us skipping our order to let their friends who ordered after us get their food high disappointed probably will never be back unless they get rid of entire crew that was there tonight
