I love Wingstop but this has got to be the worst wingstop on the planet. You order your food and then wait triple what it says in the app.

didnt get my order right and didn’t receive what i asked for
The only redeeming quality was the young lady taking orders as she was extremely polite. The food was sub par at best compared to other locations and definitely not worth the wait at over an hour for a 15 piece. The young staff was playing around or standing around the entire time and couldn't be bothered to clean anything up which left the entire seating area and kitchen filthy with trash everywhere. I'm normally overly polite with reviews, but the service and condition of this location were absolutely abhorrent.

I feel like they don’t know what they are doing besides in the morning they take so long even if you do a pick up order they forget everything and then question the back why didn’t they put it in the order when they could honestly just go get it quickly then when you do call they act like they don’t wanna answer then they act like they can’t walk to the front and get there own stuff they just take there time like hurry it up pls

Worst wingstop i've ever been to. Staff always cussing each other out, food takes like an hour and a half to come out, food comes out wrong all the time. Do not go here.

Ive never had a problem with the food, but the service is TERRIBLE. I know they are busy and the only one we have in town, but I think they can atleast aknowledge the customer. You walk in and no one greets you or ask how they can help.

Cant get ahold of any management, place is a mess. Was in restaurant for more than an hour and i didnt get my food or my refund. This place needs better management. The staff would be chatting instead of getting orders out.

There were at least 30 people in that small store waiting on orders and tons more coming in. Got to listen to the staff complain no ones working. One on the phone complaining about the others still not helping. Order was online for 6pm by 706pm I was finally leaving. I watched these girls throw tons of food away and not want to give customers who paid cash their money back after over an hour of waiting. Cold fries, over and undercooked chicken. Was told when I finally got my order we guess its yours. Didn't even acknowledge people coming in just kept complaining about having to work.

Not sure what's going on with this location. Been calling for weeks and they never pick up. Went in and was told their phone doesn't work. I do not buy that at all. The kitchen was dirty and the staff were unfriendly like they do not want to be there or work. It was a huge turnoff and I decided not to order for me and my business here anymore. This is sad.

Estimated wait time on the app was a lie. The girls up front couldn't be bothered to put their phones down or take airpods out and tend to customers. Saw a lot of employees just standing around or eating in the back, being on their phone and such. I know food cant be ready instantly, but this was insane. I also didnt see any hair nets being worn. Overall a bad experience, especially when you're hungry. Ended up canceling my order because they hadnt even started on it by the time it was supposed to be ready, waited for nearly 15 minutes before asking only to be told it would take another 20 minutes or so

Stopped in for a quick lunch ended up being a 45min wait with wrong order. During my wait, I saw 5 customers come back with wrong orders. 6 including mine. 3 out of the 4 young girls working were on their phones, the 4th a young black girl with glasses, was the only one talking to customers and fixing the orders. Kitchen area was a completely trashed.
