Zia Park Casino Hotel & Racetrack

Hotel: The beds and pillows were not comfortable. AC in the room barely worked. The breakfast is worse than any hotel we have stayed at. No hot items served at all. Once we signed up for the rewards program, staff refused to add the hotel stay to our account. Stating you must book it through the rewards app for any credit. Recommend saving your money for the casino and staying at any other hotel down the road. There was a super friendly staff member cleaning the lobby on our way out, seriously the only friendly encounter in the hotel area! She was great!

Casino: No alcohol allowed in the casino, have to stay in their bar with drinks. AC not working toward the back of the casino so it was really hot in some areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful through out.

Multiple Staff were extremely rude, they discouraged us to not join the rewards program and their machines didnt pay out well. Never visiting again, better casinos around.

Do not come here it is the worst place. No doubt about it the worst place to ever waste your money

It was a great stay. Need to upgrade breakfast. A hot breakfast of eggs or bacon and sausage. Im just thinking your clients would enjoy that more. Hardly no one at the breakfast area

I just went to play the slots but I don't like the idea of it being a smoking Casino I'm a non-smoker and it just made me sick to my stomach

Casino: Me and my sister were about to go in when I realized I didn’t have my ID. I am well over 21 and I noticed that the lady “checking” IDs was picking and choosing whose ID to check. I was essentially not let in for lack of ID. I can get passed that; however, I cannot get passed the fact that the lady let over 50 people in after me without checking for an ID. I spoke to the manager and he was incompetent and useless. He literally said “I don’t know what she does.” What kind of establishment doesn’t follow their own policies? I’ve been coming here for over 10+ years and this is the worst treatment I have received. The lady was disrespectful, useless, and overall ignorant. I was told that they don’t tell me how to do my job…how about they do their job and stop letting people who can potentially be a liability in without even checking IDs. They even admitted that they let “some” people in without IDs. This establishment needs to do better

Never have a good experience at this casino I wish they would open another one in Hobbs maybe we will be able to win sometime

Mother’s Day brunch at centennial steakhouse was amazing
