The bad visits in a row back to back. Ordered 4 donuts today, she repeated the order with each donut and then only put 3 donuts in the bag. Last time ordered a sliced bagel... Girl asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no just sliced and waited 5 minutes later she took the bagel off the toaster run and asked what I wanted on it. If it hasn't been the last bagel I would have just had it replaced bit had to take it so it was dried out by the time I brought it home to my mom. Overheard one girl asking the other to click her out at noon... This was at 10:30. I didn't trust them now for cleanliness or sanitary conditions. DD has gone foul from it's origins.

It's pretty busy here, so it's a little slower than normal, but I haven't had a drink or sandwich made wrong yet. The employees are always really friendly and seem pretty happy to answer any questions or specific requests

I recently visited the Holloman AFB store and was disappointed by the poor service I encountered. While I understand that mobile orders are important, it was frustrating to see staff consistently prioritizing them over in-store customers. Numerous times, employees helped individuals who had been behind me in line, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. Additionally, the attitude of some staff members was less than welcoming; their dismissive behavior only added to the overall negative experience. I hope management addresses these issues, as they detract significantly from what could be a great shopping experience.

A very miss managed location. Weekends are atrocious for food timing unless you order ahead as only one person is ever on. Cold brew is watered down with tap water and the tap water here is trash. You can taste a significant difference.

There should be a warning message for mobile orders at this location. I can't pick up my orders, and I've tried calling, but no one is available. It's a waste of money and time.

Not punctual or expedient at all. Rarely have everything in stock. Wish post had more options for food cause as of now it's either be hungry or be late.

Just bad. Two employees that didn’t communicate with each other. The drinks came out wrong, and once “corrected” (they just poured out half and added some syrup) tasted watered down and plain unenjoyable. Bummer.

Couldn't actually get an order placed because I ran out of time. They prioritize online orders leaving an insane line that doesn't move at all. Don't bother going in the morning.

Great service. Wayyyy better than the Dunkin in Alamogordo. Staff is always friendly and my coffee is always made to perfection

I love this Dunkin. The employees are fast, efficient, and courteous. I use the app to order most of the time, and I can usually order from the parking lot and by the time I get inside the order is either done or just being finished up. I've actually driven past the Dunkin in town to come to the base and buy from this one. Much appreciation for the ladies that work at this Dunkin, they work hard and are usually understaffed. Thanks

SLOWEST DUNKIN EVER!!!! 25 minute wait for a sandwich??? Coffee is subpar and food is okay. Stay is very sweet and friendly. Will not go there again though due to how slow. I can drive up town, get good and make it back before my order here would be done.

Dunkin’ used to be my go fo for fast coffee in the mornings. I’d use the mobile app and put an order in, walk in and it would be waiting for me to pick up letting me get to work in time.For the past few weeks, the mobile app ordering has been turned off. Every morning there is a physical line of 20+ people getting coffee. To get through this line you’d have to wait 30 minutes for a coffee. The coffee is quite frankly not worth the time.Mobile ordering doesn’t look like it’s coming back any time soon. This Dunkin’ on HAFB is the only half decent coffee shop open and is a complete disappointment.
