I mean like hello if you're going to be in an army base you may as well have some for thing on Google maps showing that you have to have special identity to get in here I mean I'm just as starved as a rat and we come flying up here and then they tell us to turn around because we did not have a military ID!

Not much to say, just never a good experience. You wait what seems like a long time just to get mediocre service and probably get shorted on a sauce pack that cost the company almost nothing.

The staff is lovely, super high traffic..

Ordered 12 bone in wings to go. Only got 11...

Typical Popeyes. Gets the job done. Just don’t come at 1130 during the week.

Closed at 1:30 pm. Like why?

Schedule says they close at 1700 and it be closed by 1645. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Terence was very supportive and knowledgeable. Store cleanliness was immaculate. Will visit again because of all those and the chicken tasted great.

They told me 5 minute wait to get a sandwich. I had already waited 5 minutes just to order. It took about 20.

Bacon and cheese crispy chicken sandwich was amazing. Their Mac and Cheese is super good. If I would gain 100lbs and die of a heart attack I would eat this almost every other day. This is my second time eating from Popeyes and I must say was missing out. It's a good treat once a month or so. The one on base treat is right.

Decided to walk out without ordering because as I approached to place my order one of their employees pushed me out of the way and said they get to order first because they work there. When I called to talk to a manager about it she was not adept at her job enough to handle the customer service

A drive thru service type restaurant should not take 30 minutes. Workers had terrible attitude and will more than likely skip this branch.

Waited 1/2 hour in the drive through line. This is what it average’s every time. Can’t understand it. A car in front places order and still wait to place order till they have received their order
