Pretty much your standard Subway experience here. Very busy during lunch, and occasionally dinner. The line moves pretty quick, so that's a plus. Half the staff is really friendly, the other half couldn't give a crap beyond pushing your sandwich down the line and out of their station. I will say the biggest problems I have are the fact that they are always out of something and don't realize it. You run the risk of your favorite bread or a special ingredient being...
They just put Subway in the BX within the last year. Staff are friendly and polite. Around Subway is clean and tidy, with the exception of lunch/dinner time (Understandable). It's a joint effert for the food court to be kept clean and normally looks good.
