Ordered few times from here hot and miss if they will make it right or even try to make it better other then telling me the first time I called that the front manager was not the person to talk to that the cook manager or the owner were my two options so I called back at said time only to be sent to voicemail for 5-8 calls later I finally get them to answer once I said why I was calling to the owner she just replied with we’ve talked to them and they will be working on it and offered to remake the burrito but I didn’t have that time to do so… so I waited couple days ordered today and what would you know they didn’t pay attention to the order for my meat and potato burrito which this time they didn’t forget the cheese but instead forgot my potatoes and beans!!!!! Really shitty if you ask me that they still can’t get it right i didn’t call the first few times but then I finally do and it still can’t be made right!!!!

I don't usually do that but it really bothered me a lot. I've visited the place a few times and the food was really good but sometimes the waitresses had attitude and today was no exception. What bothered me the most was that I let the waitress know that there was a fly on my plate and food?? and she was really rude and had a bad attitude and told me that I had to pay for it because it was almost gone??? It really bothered me even more because of her attitude since I got to the place I noticed my table dirty and she just moved some leftover food with her hand on top of it letting it know that I needed something and it took so long and in a bad manner. I would never go back there again.

I regularly visit this restaurant, but I was disappointed by the service this morning. Instead of handing me my food at the counter, it was left on the serving table, and I was asked to pay at the register in a dismissive manner. It didn't feel respectful. I encourage others to support local food trucks where customers are treated with respect.

We walked in on accident not realizing they were closing soon. NOT ONCE did they complain or treat us badly for it. The food was really good and the place is so pretty! Definitely recommend

I ordered a Mar y Tierra molcajete, the flavor was good but I couldn't eat the meat, it was too hard, I don't recommend it
The sopes, chile verde, and agua frescos are my go to items. I highly recommend Mamasita’s for the wide variety of Mexican food they have, that you don’t usually see at other Mexican restaurants!
