Overall, this place is not as good as it looks. As soon as we pulled up, terrible customer service... And when I had bit into it after having a few bites, I felt something hard in my mouth and I spit it out thinking it was just a hard piece of bacon. I continue to eat, and I wanted to takeoff my bottom bun since it was soggy, That's when I realize that there was a staple in my burger. Then I went back and looked at what I had spit up and that's when I found half of a broken toothpick. I am beyond livid mainly because of the fact that I'm pregnant just trying to eat on my 30 minute lunch break.
Ordered food and had to wait 45 minutes just to get mediocre food. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries and large drink.

My husband went today to buy three burgers and specifically ordered one with bacon, which we were charged for — but unfortunately, none of the burgers included bacon. All three were served plain, and although the vegetables were packed separately, the bacon was missing. I have the receipt and photos as proof. We were disappointed, as we were charged for something we didn’t receive. I hope this can be taken into account to improve the service.
✅ Just wanted to update after speaking with the manager following my review:
We spoke with the manager (or possibly the owner) over the phone, and she was very kind and respectful. During the conversation, we explained what happened both during our previous visit and with today’s order. She mentioned that the staff had claimed my husband was rude and used inappropriate language, which never happened. He explained this clearly and said he would never speak that way to anyone, especially to women. She apologized, and we truly appreciated how professionally she handled the situation.
As for today’s order, there was another mix-up — we asked for a vanilla milkshake but received a banana one. She kindly offered to refund us and said she’d gift us a milkshake as well, which we were thankful for. However, when we went to pick it up, we were told we’d need to come back the next day because the ice cream machine had already been turned off.
We are really thankful for her kindness and the genuine effort she made to find solutions and help us.
