My husband went today to buy three burgers and specifically ordered one with bacon, which we were charged for — but unfortunately, none of the burgers included bacon. All three were served plain, and although the vegetables were packed separately, the bacon was missing. I have the receipt and photos as proof. We were disappointed, as we were charged for something we didn’t receive. I hope this can be taken into account to improve the service.
✅ Just wanted to update after speaking with the manager following my review:
We spoke with the manager (or possibly the owner) over the phone, and she was very kind and respectful. During the conversation, we explained what happened both during our previous visit and with today’s order. She mentioned that the staff had claimed my husband was rude and used inappropriate language, which never happened. He explained this clearly and said he would never speak that way to anyone, especially to women. She apologized, and we truly appreciated how professionally she handled the situation.
As for today’s order, there was another mix-up — we asked for a vanilla milkshake but received a banana one. She kindly offered to refund us and said she’d gift us a milkshake as well, which we were thankful for. However, when we went to pick it up, we were told we’d need to come back the next day because the ice cream machine had already been turned off.
We are really thankful for her kindness and the genuine effort she made to find solutions and help us.

Came through and ordered 4 #1s and in the ordering I know I mentioned fries (which is redundant because when you mention the combo order, isn't it obvious that you're going to get what comes with it?). I got charged $69 for 4 burgers and no fries. Then got lied to my face about not being specific about my order. Ok, so why $69 for 4 burgers? Like that just doesn't make sense. Then she tells me "sorry I didn't know." Really?

The bacon cheeseburger was amazing. Definately one of the best burgers that I've had in a while. was very impressed by it and would definately recommend to anyone looking for a good burger

The philly cheesesteak was horrible. probably one of the worst philly cheesesteaks ive had in a while. bread wasnt toasted cheese wasnt really melted on it. honestly it looked like they just rushed to make it and slapped some stuff together really quickly. I was really looking forward to trying the philly cheesesteak too after seeing a previous review on it that made it sound really good. They must've had a different philly cheesesteak than the one that i had.
Odds are your oilfield or related if you're passing through Jal and it just so happens our rig has been between jal and eunice, I've been choosing eunice because the traffic that direction isn't as bad as coming into jal. But let me tell ya folks- of the stops I've made after tour, panther has been the best and I'll make it a point to stop again before days off matter of fact I was just looking and unfortunately it's closed today (sunday) or I'd have headed that way because it was the best burger and onion rings in any of these towns and options. Maybe Sundays will be added but I understand staff situations I'm not complaining will just stop by another time. It was great is the point yall give it a shot

A easy to read menu and delicious food, it took a minute to wait but it was well worth it, I got the green Chile cheeseburger and a cherry limeade with a side of fries and so did my boyfriend. We ate that right up, will come again!!
