Lady didn’t no wat she was doing I had to explain to her twice wat type of bun I wanted she was rude no manners and didn’t even make it correctly I wanted a peanut butter cup bun she just threw it together

Poor poor poor. I am on vacation with my kids and with a tight budget they talked me in to buying the half dozen of cinnamon rolls. We paid 18.99 for it. Was super excited about trying it only to take a bite and it be hard as a rock. Good thing is we were still in parking lot so my husband took it back in with receipt and asked if we can get something more fresh being that the time on these lasted until 4 pm today and it is 1:30 pm now. The lady was VERY rude with my husband and said they don’t do no refunds on food. Do better people. Hire people that are better with customers. I get it, I’m a Division Manager for a Corporate but I also know when it’s time to replace an associate that works bad in retail!

Bought 4 prepackaged classic Cinnabons the had new icing over old icing and was hard as a rock. Called the store to let them know and the manager was rude!!! Not recommended to go to this location. Had many prepackaged Cinnabons and never were they bad.
