Great old time Western Saloon. Best service ever

This is a cool location but that food was just okay and the service was terrible. My friend and I had been up fishing at Fenton Lake and decide to stop for some lunch. We sat down at a table and we were there for at least 15 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us. She eventually brought us menus and then disappeared. We waited and waited for her to return but she didn’t so we eventually got up and went to the bar. The bartender was friendly. He got us drinks and took our order. I had the bacon blue cheese burger, which was overcooked but okay. Overall, not a place I will eat or visit again.

Had chile rellenos and Spanish rice and beans and a beer there today. Always enjoy going there while in Jemez.

Pretty pricey and not great food. Appreciate the location but fries and burgers were overdone. Added a 20% gratuity and credit card fee to ticket.

amazing food, amazing customer service, friendly atmosphere. me and my dad always order the swiss mushroom burger and it’s always a 10/10!

Love the atmosphere, You really feel like you're out in the west. Decent cocktail menu and good burgers.

I have been going to this special place since I was a young child. The service was so bad and the food so mediocre, the prices so high, and the drinks watered down, I will not go there again and will discourage others from going. Never again. Time to give other places my business.

Food was very good, had the burgers and they were BIG! Loved the fire going and cozy atmosphere.

Old time cowboy bar, classic country on the radio, tasty food. very authentic.

Wow, what an experience. Had made our way up to the San Antonio hot springs earlier in the day and wanted to stop and get some food on the way back to ABQ. Stopped here at Los Ojos Restaurant & Saloon and boy did it deliver. Great drinks, great food and great ambience; service was very genuine and polite. Ordered the western burger and it was perhaps one of the best I’ve had. Awesome small town feel and decor throughout the restaurant. Will definitely be back! 🍔

If you go to Los Ojos in Jemez with a large group of people. Be aware you will have one ticket for everyone - they will not split the bill up. Also be aware that they automatically add a 20% tip to the bill whether you wanted to tip or not. We were a motorcycle group and when we go there or the other place down the road, we bring in 500.00 dollars at best. They should have told us before we ordered and we might have or might not have stayed or have a sign at the entrance stating this. Me and quite a few of our motorcycle people will never go back there again. Our bill came to 432.11 and they tacked on an 84.00 dollar tip. Crafty way to do business, I’d line to hear from either the owner or manager

My wife & I and some friends went sometime ago & had the same problem.

they will not split checks and automatically charge you a gratuity on card transactions , very rude customer service .... when your business depends on tourists , probably not a good idea to do shady stuff like that
