I was absolutely floored! Great service! We walked in for father's day and wanted a cool place to take our pops, and we found it. We were greeted by everyone on the staff crew and were sat right away....beers came minutes later. Great experience and a must when heading through jemez Springs!!
Second Alarm Brewing is awesome. They have great food and a great atmosphere. Offering a full lineup of locally crafted beers and they even have guest taps from other local brewers on hand. The menu offers items from Tacos to Fried Mushrooms. When you are taking your day trip up through the Jemez stop in and grab some grub and a cold one.
Really enjoyed this place, including the firefighter memorabilia and touches that made it unique (the American LaFrance panel from an apparatus was cool). I tried the house porter, which was on par with other porters I've enjoyed from multiple breweries. For food, I ordered their chicken fried sandwich, and it was awesome! Unfortunately, they are closed on Mondays, so I did not get to enjoy their fare for a second day :( Still, highly recommend the food and beers if you are...
