I’ve given this Subway location two chances, and unfortunately, both visits were very disappointing.
On my first visit, the vegetables were the worst quality I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. The tomatoes were almost completely white with no color or freshness, and the sub ended up being the worst-tasting one I’ve ever had at Subway—I couldn’t even finish it.
On my second visit, I ordered a 6-inch cold cut, but what I received was closer to 4 inches. The sandwich was so small that even the group I was eating with commented on how obvious it was that I’d been shorted. They even told me I should go back and demand a refund or dispute it on my credit card since I did not get what I paid for.
After two tries with two different problems, I won’t be returning. What a joke.

Although it can be a little hectic during lunch time, they are usually proficient at making the sandwiches to each customer's specifications. I've never had a wrong order even while ordering multiple sandwiches during the rush, which is impressive. The staff can be slightly curt sometime but I can understand when dealing with lunch rush stress. Keep up the good work.

This was down the street from my hotel. I didn't get into town until 10PM and this Subway was thankfully open for takeout. The guy at the front desk was friendly. They were out of meatballs, but had a good BMT sub. I really appreciate they were open.

This location always has new people and none of them know what they are doing. It is super frustrating. We used to go there twice a week, now we are down to maybe twice a month... It never gets better. And we have complained multiple times to management and regional directors.
