Went in because there was a long line in drive thru, but stood at the front counter. No greeting, yes they are busy getting orders but greet your customers. No order number was called an waited while we should've got our meal. Hire someone friendly.

Wanted to grab a fast meal you gotta wait almost 30 minutes to go through the drive-through and some of the staff can’t take orders through the drive-through they start yelling through it. Once you pay for it, they sthrowing your change at you. And giving you bad attitude.

The slowest DQ in the state! I can go to Farmington for DQ and make it back before the car I would have been behind gets through the drive thru in Kirtland. Im not joking. I would love to support this local business but it's just so slow.
