There always seems to be an issue with this store. They either mess up the order, forget an item or the delivery driver accidentally takes your in store pick order. Better off going to the west side.

This place don't even know how to work the system nor even if I talk to the manager they just refunded my whole system and I tried to talk to the crew leader which don't even understand so the assistant manager I guess refunded my whole system and now they want me to talk to the general manager and hung up,n

We order probably 2 to 3 times a month. Delivery has always been great. Have only had one issue and it was taken care of. It beats me having to cook on those days when we're too tired to cook.

I like Domino's pizza, it's just down the way, and they call you when you forget something!!
We ordered an offer that included a 2-liter Coke with the meal. When we got there to pick up our meal, they said they were out of 2 liter cokes and replaced it with 2-20 oz bottles. 2 Liters = 67 oz. So we told the man that it should be replaced with at least 3 of them, and really 4 would've been a better compensation. The meal deal was obviously designed for a family of 4. (Everything could be evenly divided in 4). They refused to give us more than 2. Telling us we were getting the better deal. Seemed like Shel Silverstein math to me. 2 quarters is not better than 1 dollar. Less soda than what we paid for is not a better deal for me. Maybe for your business, but not for me as the customer. The cashier would not budge on the issue. Call before you order to make sure you will get what you pay for.

Tried to order 10 pizzas for a basketball team party at 10am this morning and got some guy who abviously is not named Jim, Jacob, or Josh like he said his name was, I question if he even lives in this country. Tried to have them delivered to a gym where the team party is that is less than 2 minutes away from the dominos store and have them delivered at 6:15. He didn't know where the facility was and would not transfer me to the store so I could talk to somebody at the store who knows the area. I thought your local dominos was just that local. Guess not. They said they couldn't do timed deliveries after I got to the end of the order and still wouldn't transfer me to the store. I took my $175.00 in pizzas toPizza 9. Talked to somebody who was in the store and they bent over backwards to do what I needed to help support the community. If your going to rely on local customers to support your business, take local money to move your business forward then employ locals to answer the phone and know the community and the customers your Taking money from.
