Great place to eat. Its a cozy dining space with a small town vibe. The guacamole is the best in a 50 mile radius, trust me I've done the work. The green chili chicken tamales are amazing. I also recommend the chili reñallos, crispy. The best part about this place is the atmosphere. No complaints, the only reason I haven't rated it higher than 4 stars is because I haven't had the chance to try everything on the menu just yet but I suspect I will eventually. Delicious food and cozy atmosphere, highly recommended if you are traveling through because you'll always remember the tamales no matter where the road takes you. Happy travels folks!

I've only eaten dinner here, so I can't speak to their breakfast offerings. The tacos are the best I've had in this area and for an affordable price. The chile always has just the right amount of heat... not the kind that burns your face off. Just lots of flavor! The ladies at the front are always welcoming and friendly. This is my local Mexican go-to!

We stopped here because we wanted local food. Do not listen to the negative reviews. The service was prompt and spot on. Our lunch came out very quickly and everything tasted perfect. We got the sopapilla lunch special and it came with a desert sopapilla. We would definitely eat here again.

You can’t go wrong at this place! Their breakfast is great and just when I think I’ve found my favorite thing to eat I find something else I like! You can’t go wrong with anything you order here and it’s great having a good Mexican restaurant in Kirtland. By the way if you order the guacamole and chips they make it to order it’s not even premade. The chips are made there too. So So gooood!

I’m visiting family from Texas and they said we could grab Nena’s down the road. I wasn’t too excited, because nothing is really good here. This place is amazing! So good! Really nice staff. Just a good place to eat! I just hope that it stays good for the next time I come and visit.
