This place was recommended by someone who is local, supposed to be good food. While the food and service was not bad perse but the fact that your typical KAREN had to show herself. She tried to demand a gentleman show her his papers for his service animal. An animal that was very well behaved did not make a sound or move from its owners side the whole time. KAREN made sure to call security or the police and told the employee's that if he comes in again that they are to refuse him service. Needless to say this is my last visit, people need to stop with the powertrips. Try having a little compassion lady, it takes a lot of effort to be sooooo negative. You took the whole time I was there to order and eat my food making a big deal about it like 45 minutes or so. So much for having a relaxed and enjoyable meal. THANKS AGAIN KAREN...

Worth traveling a few more exits for. I’d compare to In N Out or 5 Guys. The people working were friendly and down to earth and the old school burger joint decor was cool. As fast casual goes my burger and fries were very good.

Anytime we pass Laguna burger we make a point to stop in and get a burger and fries because the fries are real fries and the burgers are fantastic. Well, not today apparently. The buns were hard as a rock, and the fries were cold and dead like they’ve been sitting there forever. I didn’t check the food until I got home 20 minutes later and it was absolutely disgusting. I straight up did not want to eat it. Whoever put together, my meal should be ashamed and management should be taking a better look at the quality control of the food that goes out to their customers, especially when you pay $31 for two burger meals.

Genuinely one of the best burgers in the country. The hatch chillies add SO MUCH FLAVOR. Hatch taste awesome with both cheese and beef, and they use a variety with a nice comfortable heat level. The lady at the register was very polite and kind, and our burgers came out quickly. They were juicy and tender while still holding together for a nice meaty chew. My only suggestion is to have some salt on hand, but otherwise they are putting out perfect patties.

Honest Reviews We ordered a laguna burger meal that comes with green chile lettuce tomatoes and cheese including fries and a big bad bacon cheddar meal burger with bacon, lettuce tomatoes including fries and soft drinks. We also ordered the frito pie dog. Its basically a mixture of hotdog and frito pie. Unfortunately it was drie and not much flavor. This is the only sort of negative. This location is the original laguna burger located in laguna Pueblo. The staff was really nice and friendly. The burgers were really good and the fries came out fresh and crispy.

If I could I would put zero stars. Walked in with 1 hr before closing, the first thing the cashier did when she seen us was pick up her hands in disappointment of seeing customers coming in. We took 2 minutes to get ready to order. As I told her what I wanted she said meal or just burger. I said meal please, then she changed her mind and said just burger no fries... we felt the tension right away still ordered and was pretty much denied. I have never had Laguna burger we were traveling, sounded and smelled so delicious but left disappointed and hungry.
