Placed an online order at 9 when they opened showed up at 9:06 but I got no response. Waited about 10 minutes and they finally responded, while I was waiting I noticed the building and parking lot are really worn down and not taken care of! When they answered, the manager was super friendly and apologized profusely, food came out fresh and the manager made a not so great experience better and I appreciated that.
Fries were fresh and hot, the French dip was on point, and the au jus was hitting this time. It was amazing, except that I was not seen waiting at the front, used the restroom, and was seen after I had been waiting in an empty lobby for five minutes. Despite that like I said the food was smacking today.

Husband ordered me wrong sandwich as i was talking cheese off, lady asked if we were ok? Told her my husband got me wrong sandwich :( she made my order right and got me the classic roast beef 😊i wanted....yay! great customer service 😊thanks Arbys
