To be honest, I still haven’t had the pleasure of eating here but I know the owners Darcy Weisner and Brian McGill from way back and they have a fascinating backstory for those looking to shoot the breeze with a brew or ten! I can also vouch that Darcy knows her way around a killer brisket! A mutual friend, who may be a waitress there at this point (Amy who would be the super helpful blonde with all the vegetarian suggestions LOL) Was the one who caught me up on this place and urged me to go while I was in the area last summer. Since I missed it, I made sure my would be traveling compadres stopped by in my stead. My review is based on their raving! Looks like it’s maybe under construction ? but ?crossed my LA bestie and myself are hoping to hit it up when it reopens. If the food is only half as good as I hear the crazy alpaca ranch stories still should make it worthwhile!! Super stoked for this little family!! Amanda K

Brisket is not fresh, looks boiled, no taste. Bbq chicken is literally smothered in bbq sauce and you have no idea what you're really eating. Green beans had zero flavor. 2 stars because the owner compensated for the mistake on our food.

Stopped by this restaurant today because of the reviews and photos! It is under major construction but nothing on google informed us of this! We had to walk up to see it empty. Not sure if closed or remodeling?

Found this awesome Little BBQ place in Las Vegas NM. Our student ministry stopped to eat here(30 people). Amazing service by the girl taking orders and serving food by herself. Great food. Thank you Nikita for serving us.

B3 serves good Bar B Que food. Fresh cornbread with your order. Their pulled pork sandwiches are really good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing service from Nikita. We brought a large group and she was short staffed. She was quick and professional with all of our party. Food was good too. Must stop in fabulous Las Vegas, NM.
Great experience and wonderful BBQ. From dealing with our group of 30 at the last minute to making sure the local guy in need is fed...these guys are the absolute best! Nikita worked her tail off making sure our group was fed and taken care of. Recommend 11/10! Awesome dining experience!!

Fantastic place to eat! We came in with a TON of students and adults and Nikita not only took all of our individual orders but delivered all the food with a smile every time. Very friendly and kind. Great food!!

This place was awesome! The customer service was friendly and inviting. The food was delicious. Bbq sauce was flavorful and side dishes. My favorite was the cornbread. Definitely would recommend anyone to try
