There is a good variety of options on the menu and I have got to try most of them, I have nothing to complain about, food was very good and tasty, good costumer service, he was very friendly.The prices are reasonable and never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. I recommend this food truck to everybody who wants the best and unique food.

It is a food truck. Food is really good. I was skeptical at first, but it is a decent value. Service was friendly. I suggest the NM steak sandwich.

This is a food truck serving eclectic options Mon-Fri and definitely worth a stop. Good portions and great tasting food. I'll be definitely come back to try more of the menu.

The portion of food is not what was advertised. I ordered then we t to the Walmart near it to kill the time for them to make my meal. When I returned it took to long to acknowledge that I had returned for my order because the cook was in her truck smoking a cigarette.. finally got my food and it was disappointed..

Im in NM for just a week and this is the best food I've had so far. I got the New Mexico philly and it was better than the philly I had in Philly. Next time Im in town Big Papas is on my must visit list.

I ordered the Birria Tacos and the Philly fries. The Birria had no flavor or spice to it but otherwise was good. The Philly fries was also bland and I wish it had more seasoning. For the most part it was a decent meal and great customer service.

Amazing food and excellent service. We had a bf burrito. The tortilla was so good (unlike any others) and the filling was so fresh and well cooked. So good. Gentleman that helped us was Antonio. He was so helpful, kind and just a sweet person. We will definitely be frequenting this place. Thank you Antonio. We wish there were more establishments with such fine food. Our first time there and very happy. We will continue to spend our money here.
