I had high hopes for this place because I love BBQ, but the food was below average for the price. I ordered the chicken wings, they were good but they dumped a giant pile of green onions on them it was just too much. And my husband ordered the fish sandwich, he said it was very dry. It was basically a piece of breaded fish in some bread. No sauce or condiments at all. Then when he went to ask for some he was in the middle of his sentence when the waitress just walked away without saying anything. The wait staff was rude and unfriendly, when we first walked in they were all seated and just stared at us, no greeting at all, and then when we paid they force you to tip before they even serve you. If we had known that based on how they served we wouldn't have tipped at all. They basically threw the food at us and never came to ask how it was, nothing. They never even bothered to smile at anyone there. I will never be returning!!

I'm giving 3 start bc of the food and atmosphere. Regarding the service you may want to leave a tip after you have been served. The servers seem to struggle working as a team, with that being said, you may want to ask if your meal is ready and take it to your table on your own. This will ensure you eat a hot meal. If you leave a tip leave it to the cooks as I believe they do the best job.
First time there. Very nice place to eat, watch a game or play pool. The second time here, we watched a football game and ate and drank plenty of 🍺. Great place will keep on coming, especially for the Mac and Cheese. The Best..... Michael and Lydia Thank You. Next time hopefully they'll have music.

Went to watch a game on their TV last night and man oh man was I so uncomfortable. Hardly any room to sit comfortable, feels almost as if people are crammed next to each other. To go with that all you smell in that place is smoke, music blasting thru the speakers, and having to look up to watch a TV screen is so uncomfortable for the neck. All that gave me the worst headache I ever had in a long time. Not just that experience but when you go play pool the tables are too close to each other, people bumping into each other when making a shot. Also the food is way too damn expensive, not to mention their product shortages. Also when you apply for a job there they treat the job process like a bachelor, a job process that takes almost 3 weeks, hell they won't even call you if your not getting the job, furthermore I'm happy I didn't get hired there because it looks like the owners don't even take part in that kitchen or bar, instead I see them time to time just having a glass of whatever they drink and laughing with their buddies in the bar. All that to hear the ones they hire don't even stick around for more than a few months. For all the money that place makes it doesn't show in the environment. Hell they even charge you around $15-$30 a person just to go watch a local band that you can also go see for free in the plaza park the same summer and fall. Also some of the bartenders are rude. Finally I see a lot of tables don't get bussed for long periods of time. Buffalo Hall sucks. Period. Bad ownership. I've worked kitchens so I know what bad ownership looks like. Maybe use some of all that money y'all are making to improve the place, take part in the kitchen and bar, earn the respect of your employees, no one likes managers who aren't around.
Yummy. Generous servings.
