Ordered their $19.99 special with 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, 16 piece garlic knots, 16 piece cinnamon knots and a 2 liter. It was ordered online and for delivery. Received everything but one of the pizzas. Called the store and explained what had happened to the female that answered. She put me on hold, then a male employee came on the line. Explained the same thing, get put on hold again. Third person comes on the line and I explained yet again my situation. Finally got hung up on. Called back and the male employee answered, I explained that I got hung up on while I was talking to them. Put on hold and hung up on again. Called a third time and they never answered the line. Very disappointed with the customer service and angry for getting hung up on twice.

I would give negative stars to the manager Judy if I could. She has one of the nastiest, rude, disgusting personalities. Her face when she walked out of the office was incredibly rude and unapproachable. She aggressively explained that she didn’t know domino’s policies. I presented the policy to her and she continued to insist she could not follow through with online policy, if you can’t read Judy you could have said so and I would have gladly read it to you. You’d think a manager would know how to do her job. She continued to show her incompetence when she tried every which way to place the blame on me as to why they didn’t bring out my order and lied about them being too busy. At this point she abruptly turned around and walked away…great customer service…. Not to mention her female friend very intentionally gave me a dirty look while she walked out of the building through my truck window.Maybe promote someone who doesn’t make people’s personal safety feel threatened. I wouldn’t have been surprised if I got jumped by Judy and her little friend outside.Do better.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I called ahead 22 minutes early for a pickup order. I only ordered a small pizza and a sanwhich. Firstly, I could hardly understand the person on the phone; as he was not speaking clearly, too quickly and was mumbling. I had to ask him to repeat himself. Secondly, I was placed on hold Just to be able to give me a price for my order. I even had to ask about the wait time. I was given a 15-25 minute wait time. Lastly, when we arrived...22 minutes later, my order had not even been started. We were then told it wouldn't even go in the oven for at least an additional 30-50 minutes as we were still 23 orders behind.Needless to say, we canceled our order and left.

They lied to our faces saying our food was in the oven. We’ve been waiting 40-50 minutes at this point and they told us another 30 minutes realistically. All we ordered was a medium pizza lol. They’re also insanely unprofessional when it came to calling my partner back about a job. They kept telling him they would call him back and never did. Wont be back ?

The employees who were working tonight on September 3rd were awesome! I was tired and I'm an aunt, not a mom, so things may have gotten out of hand with a child I was with and I am so sorry for that! No one should have to cook pizza under those conditions. She was yelling "chichi chichi! I'm so hungry, where's my pizza?!" in baby talk for ten minutes straight (while doing cartwheels). I guess chichi means "dad" in Japanese. She was momentarily quiet when I told her what it means in Spanish, but sadly that pause didn't last long.With that one kid circus going on, it was inevitable that someone dropped our brownies while taking them out of the oven. I wish I could have done something to make that employee's night better, because it so wasn't his fault. He and everyone else working was wonderfully gracious and helpful and kind, and the food was great.I swear this kid is usually very nice. I'll tell everyone in the family not to let her step foot in Domino's again.

I don't recommend!!! At all!!! These guys took over 60$ ,delivered it to the wrong house and just said they would refund the money, driver said he handed it to a person and it was not the right house that made the order!!!!! Waited over an hour for the pizza and the pizza never showed because they gave it to someone else!!!!!!I rate a zero star!!!!

Dominos is starting to slack a bit, not keeping up with -. I ordered pizza online after tracking my order, and it showed pizza was ready. Went in to pickup pizza , it was nowhere to be found . If you all can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. There was a lot of confusion in that kitchen that day.
