The perfect service,
Don Luis was super friendly, as were the other people who served us. The breakfast was perfect with the delicious New Mexican flavor.

Literally Grandma cooking in the kitchen and grandson was waiting the tables. The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. Super polite and attentive!

We are in Las Vegas for a few days and we stopped into La Encanta for breakfast. The breakfast tacos were amazing! Highly recommend!

One of the best places in Northern New Mexico to eat. Authentic food. Red Chile is awesome and not commercialized.

we found this little gem on the drive toward Albuquerque. Its located right in the plaza of Las Vegas, the hospitality was great, very welcoming. My favorite thing besides the food was the community in this space, everyone knew each other and it is family owned. thanks Andrea!!!!! ❣️ we will definitely be stopping by every time we pass through LV, NM.

The miserabliest no taste food for very high price. So dissatisfied.

45 minute wait for mediocre food. Saw the cook using the microwave. Tasted like leftovers. Very little green chili in the green chili sauce. Beans were more like bean soup.

45 minute wait once seated. Some sort of cubed chicken product in unremarkable enchiladas. Seems more popular with old residents.

Stopped by early morning from Albuquerque, looking for a quick bite, most locations were closed at 7am but this placed was open so thought i would give it a shot. Ordered a hand held burrito with red chile. The burrito was bite size/kiddie size. Maybe I'm use to the big burritos from Blakes, Golden Pride etc but this thing was small. Also was dry, have absolutely zero red chile in it. It's was very disappointing.
May give them another try for lunch or dinner in hopes of a different outcome.

Delicious home style New Mexican food with a cozy diner vibe. The green chile huevos rancheros are the real deal, served with fried potatoes and a yummy greasy flour tortilla on the side. As we came in, we heard multiple people praising the food and the coffee. 10/10
