JC's New York Pizza Department

Food was horrible. I ordered the Cheese Ravioli and a slice of pizza. Both terrible, the pizza was cardboard and the ravioli was cold in the middle. I tried to notify my server and she was on her phone. Another server saw i needed attention and I told her the issue. She said she would reheat the ravioli. I asked for a new plate. It just got worse. Bad food. Worse service. I am staying across the street at the Plaza Hotel and planned on dining here tonight and the next two nights. I will go elsewhere.

Our group enjoyed pizza, wings and salad. I had ravioli, one of my favorites. It was unevenly heated, an issue with that dish from time to time. Our waitress was patient and nice but overworked and didn't have time to check on us much.

Nothing like cold pizza stale topping s and no air conditioning the one in Albuquerque is way better I was disappointed I live in Albuquerque and thought this was gonna be like the one in Abq …on a positive note the lady up front had excellent customer service skills

We were charged $20 for this crap! I'm outraged. This place is over priced as is and now they are trying to pass off popcorn chicken as boneless wings!

Had the wings driving down from Colorado! Great choice! Enjoy!!!

JC’s New York Pizza Department was a great find during our visit to Las Vegas! We were struggling to find any place open after 7pm, and this was the only spot we could find—and it did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious, with a nice New York-style crust, and the boneless chicken wings were equally tasty.

What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, even though it was later in the evening.

The only thing that felt a bit unusual was the setting, as the restaurant has an arcade attached. At first, it seemed a little out of place, but once we settled in, it actually added to the laid-back, fun atmosphere. It ended up being a nice bonus, especially if you’re looking for some entertainment while you wait.

Overall, JC’s was a solid choice for a casual meal, and we’d definitely recommend it—especially if you’re looking for a good, late-night option!

It's a great place to eat chill and get food the only issue is it takes a fat minute for them to serv food or get your drinks took my food about 20-30 minutes to be served to me but over all it a good place and the people are really sweet and kind
