Cashier took a long time to take my order. They don’t sell pepperoni hot n ready pizza, isn’t that suppose to be the main thing? They only sell an $8 now and you have to wait for it. The cashier also said they don’t have main things in stock such as dips and cheese sticks. Avoid this location, bad customer service and they don’t sell what they promote.

This review is about the customer service at the Las Vegas, NM location. In October I reached out to Little Caesars by phone at the Las Vegas location, and through the website about a pizza donation for a small party for 8th graders who got A's and B's in the first quarter of the year. I did not hear anything from the phone message I left. I then visited in person and was told by way of a customer service representative that the business owner did not want to donate any pizza to the students. On October 20th I got an email from the Corporate office from Stephani Gomez. While I was unable to connect directly with her, when I did call the Corporate office they explained to me that the franchisee would have to make the decision and that they would reach out to them on my behalf.Sadly, I never was contacted by the franchise owner. Yesterday, before the business closed, I paid $64 dollars, including a small tip, for an order of 8 Pizzas to be ready today, December 6th, between 11:15-11:20. The business opens at 10:30. My wife arrived at 11:10 and the doors were locked. The pizzas were not ready until 11:30 causing us to start our very brief 45 minute lunch celebration late. It is bad enough that this business owner is disinterested in supporting students in their learning, but poor customer service negatively impacted this teacher funded event to celebrate student success. Please buy your pizza somewhere else to encourage community engagement and quality customer service.

It is a reliable pizza place! We have been twice when traveling through town. One time, they were slammed, and the other time, it was dead. But, both times, we placed our order online, and they had it ready to go as soon as we got there.If you don't want to wait at the drive-through or in the store, just order ahead.

Waiting over 40 minutes to get to order, then they didn’t have the correct change to pay you back and shorted me my change. They have a line out to 7th Street and are only helping one car at a time. You are better off ordering from JC’s, Pizza Hut or Dominos. It’ll be made and deliver to you way faster. Worst experience I have ever had. Poor preparation going into the weekend with no change and no banks open. They were also out of wings and other specialty items, sounds like a management issue.

Had to wait inside for about 40 min. Because someone didn't notice they had pizza to make, or didn't actually put money my cash in the draw. How u gonna ring me up but not get my order. While I'm in store? And to top it off my pizzas were wrong.. but very delicious. ? ?‍♀️

Absolutely awful pizza and service. We ordered a cheese pizza and received a bacon and pepperoni pizza. It is absolute rude. And awful. Especially because we ordered cheese becuz we have dietary restrictions. And then they only wanted to refund us 3 dollars. Which makes no freaking sense.

The food was fine it was the service that was slow. It wasn't even the poor girls fault how can anyone manage a full on restaurant basically by herself she was running not only the front counter but window and making the pizza. that's not ok ,people kept coming in and coming in and the other dude he was super slow and had his air pod in the whole time he was no help honestly give her a raise and a better crew shame on little Caesar's for making her work without a crew and basically alone if your low staff don't open or at-least help out your staff. Thank you for the hard work girl sorry I didn't catch her name!

Food was good and hot but did take a while. Service was good but there was only 2 people working and the girl was doing it all while the guy had his air pod in and was complaining about his back. But the girl was using vulgar language. All they need is more workers and better air conditioning cuz I feel bad for those workers who have to cook in that hot establishment
