We enjoyed the food prepared by the Prairie Hill Cafe for all but one of the nights we stayed at this hotel. The food was amazingly delicious with great portion sizes. We all loved eating and hanging out in the friendly bar. We also got to enjoy lunch and coffee provided by the cafe, which was an amazing treat each day!! Can’t wait to return to this gem!!
A favorite spot in town to eat and have a beer and listen to some live music. The couple that runs all the food, snacks and libations is young, friendly, loves what they do, always making new additions to keep the offerings fresh and delicious👌It's turned out to be a great addition to the hotel after the Range Cafe closed!

Wow, that was amazing. We’re driving to Albuquerque so decided to find a place in Las Vegas New Mexico to eat and came along Prairie Hill Café. It was the best farm to table Mexican food that we’ve eaten. I had the blue enchiladas and my husband had a quesadilla. I wish I had taken a picture but we ate it before I thought about it. If you are driving along I25, stop here. best food, great atmosphere and wonderful service
