We were quickly greeted with Sam’s HUGE Smile, that made us feel Super Welcome. We waited for our fresh tea that was delicious. We Enjoyed our Visit❤️

The morning shift workers are lazy and rude. I ordered a latte inside, waited 20 minutes and watched as everyone else’s order was coming out. Drive thru orders along with everyone else’s order that was behind me in line. I tried to reach out to the store manager who was in the store at the time but she just kept her headphones in and played dumb like there wasn’t someone there trying to reach out and figure out what the problem is. Long story short, I never got my coffee, I asked for a refund and got no apologies not even someone saying it was a mistake. I even left a tip and made me realize that next time I better just tip after I get my coffee which is kinda sad I have to think that.. Once they refunded me, they peeled the my sticker off the cup and threw it in the trash. 0/10 experience with the morning crew. Hopefully they can hire competent workers and store managers.

Each time we pass through town the staff at this Starbucks is always so wonderful! They also make their drinks perfect! We are always so pleased! All Starbucks should receive training from this location!

Came in to get some spoil me coffee on a frosty Sunday morning and met the rudest woman on Earth. The entire transaction was about 4 worda and when my app needed a password update, without a word, the lady just walked away from the counter.My order was put out on the counter without a hot cup sleeve and I had to reach over someones open topped pickup order of drinks to get the items to complete my order.Super gross behavior all around at this location. So glad Im travelling and this isnt my only option.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for a coffee shop.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for a coffee shop.Parking: Parking lot is difficult to maneuver and the clearance on the drive through isnt enough for a real truck.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: No. The doors are incredibly hard to open and one side is locked. Would not recommend coming here in a wheelchair.

Ordered 4 drinks and was charged for 5 drinks. When I asked the girl at the drive thru window for a receipt she didn't say ok or hold on just shut the window on me. When she came back to the window she came back with 5 drinks and I told her it was supposed to be 4 drinks not 5 and I asked her if I could talk to a manager, she shut the window on me again and another girl came to the window which I assume was the manager and I asked her for a refund because I was over charged and was given one. Drinks were poor quality as well as service. Not a very good experience.

Sooo sloowwww…sat in drive through for 30 min with only 3 cars ahead of us. Pulled up to the window and saw at least 5 employees in there and it’s not busy inside. Not great when you’re just trying to make a quick stop during a road trip. After driving away, we realized the drinks were also awful.
We waited in drive thru for 30 minutes, only to get to the ordering kiosk for the attendant to ask us to wait another 7 minutes before we could order. I wanted to use my stars and was told I couldn't...not even use it for my protein box when I clearly had enough stars. The wait was not worth the wait, and it is better to go in to place an order no matter the size.

Worst Starbucks we ever stopped at, period. Was in Monday for two lattes, got halfway to the freeway, turned around and had them remake, they were still bad. Got an argument with the barista about how to make lattes. He's an idiot. Went up the road a few hours got fixed, finally. Waste of $13 for burnt, watered down drinks.
