Dirty tables! The person who served us gave me the Subway all mixed up and took hours to charge me, she was an older lady with a very bad character.

Don’t waist your time, the service people in this subway are smart mouth and they’re always out of bread! I went in 3 times to get two sandwiches and was told they didn’t have bread or that bread wasn’t ready! Worst subway I’ve ever been to and I travel all over the country, this is the worst, and to make it even worse that all this, it’s in a Loves travel stop

My daughter & I got food poisoning eating a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Pretty sure the chicken wasn’t kept at the proper temperature.

Coming into subway I understand that being busy during rush hour is difficult, but every customer that comes in should be greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. The first person we talked to (Monica) had a really bad attitude and was snappy. She was not just snappy with us, but also the people behind my wife and I. I would have left and would of gotten food somewhere else, but Audi and Justin changed that with how nice they were. I understand the pressure of rush hour due to my previous experience with it as well at a subway, but I would at least pay attention to what I would do on the customers sandwiches. Monica had made my wife’s sandwich incorrectly and when she asked what I wanted and I informed her I wanted the #15 without onions she had a tone while stating “you could ask for that further down the line I don’t deal with that”. Overall my visit was okay, but could have been better.
