It was a mixed experience. Staff was very friendly, but the wait was really long due to the kitchen. The kitchen could only cook maybe 1-2 orders at a time, which led to me getting my eggs, beans and hashbrowns about 8 minutes before the omelet plate. Some people left because of the long wait. We ended up waiting about 25 minutes and walked around the plaza. The inside was clean and welcoming though.

I was visiting New Mexico for a few days and this was by far the best meal I had the entire trip! The stuffed sopapilla with rice was delicious and the service was perfect! Wish I was local so I could try everything!
