Best brewery in the southwest. Old west character and hospitality!
Always a great visit to BVB, even if they are too few and far between. Brought some Michigan friends, much more knowledgeable about beer than us, and they left satisfied and impressed.
Great folks running the place, which is steeped in some of the most authentic of Wild West history.
Great place to hang out in a low-key environment. Great place to chat with friendly locals and history buffs, and of course it's the best beer in Lincoln!

Bonito Valley Brewing Company in historic Lincoln offers excellent craft brews in an authentic 1880s setting. Guests can pull up a seat at the bar and feel the history while enjoying a beer and lunch from the food truck, with both inside and outside seating available. The staff is super friendly and engaging, happily sharing insights about the local history connected to the infamous Billy the Kid. The house beers are extremely tasty, with a special mention for their outstanding Amber and Dark Lager. Although the brewery's offerings are a bit limited due to size, it is definitely worth visiting. This brewery is rich in history, hospitality, and fantastic New Mexico beers, making it a great place to spend an afternoon. Visitors are encouraged to explore all the treasures in the other rooms, where incredible finds await on the shelves.
