Place is always busy. But it's very easy to call ahead and get an order. The meat is fresh and amazing. Although I ordered double cheese it was kind of light which it would take a lot of cheese to make up for the burger. The buns are very tasty and large which they need to be to cover the large portions of fresh hamburger meat. A double burger will fill you up. Everybody is friendly and Kelly is way appreciated by the locals I'm sure!! It's got a oil field worker kind of feel to it but again easy to get in and out if you don't want to stay for the camaraderie. I will stop by as often as I can when I'm going through town and it's open! Live in Lubbock area and work in Artesia and around the area so it's mostly work time that I'm coming through. Highly recommended.....

Kim and Kelly are both the most friendly waitresses we ever had. They both make you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the restaurant. It’s a simple place -
Lots of locals(many oil field workers) and they know them each by name.
Highly recommended if you are passing through!
Food was served quickly yet made to order! We both had sandwiches and they were very good.

My wife and I stopped in while making our way out to White Sands. From the moment we stepped in everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was tasty, well made, and very filling. By the time we finished we were able to speak to several members of the staff, and patrons as well, who were offering up suggestions of places to check out on our day trip. I'm looking forward to the next time our travels bring us back through the area so we can stop in again.

I've eaten at Kelly's for years and years on and off as work in that area has allowed me I've never had a bad meal or experience in this out of the way cafè.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat there lol that's about as kid- friendly as it gets the girls will be delightful around them but fair warning ⚠️ this cafè main customer base is oilfield workers. And they get use to not having kids around so kids may pick up colorful verbs.

Visited during a roadtrip, such a nice gem in a small town, the exterior seemed a bit outdated but don't let that dictate the quality of the food they serve! Homemade, delicious, quick and cheap.

Must visit!
