I was here in November while I was passing through and am still talking to people about what a great experience it was. The service was wonderful and good delicious. I got a quesadilla and the owner was so kind in modifying it to be corn instead of the traditional wheat tortilla. So delicious. Great small find along the way…

Was driving through town and saw the good reviews so decided to stop by. ABSOLUTELY best food and service I have ever had!!
We were looking for a place for breakfast. Stopped at Lake House Cafe and the door was locked. Started to walk away and a young boy opened the door and said that they were closed. The boys mother came to the door and after asking her if there was any other place in town for breakfast she said no, then she invited us to come in. We politely said no but she insisted. Had a great breakfast. Sorry we didn’t get there names. They were very gracious. Next time we are traveling through Logan NM. we will definitely stop in again.

Best Mexican food I have ever had. This is the real deal, not the Tex-Mex everyone else serves. Rellenos and Tamales are to die for. I eat here regularly, and the food is consistently perfect.
Great place to stop in for breakfast. Huge portions of some home cooked meals - wish I had this option close to home! Their skillets are actually served on hot skillets like fajitas, sizzle and all. Service is good and fairly fast but have some patience as there's only one person working the front. Pay at the register when ready.
