As I drove across the vast grasslands of New Mexico, Lakehouse Cafe appeared on the horizon as a beacon of hope and sustenance. I walked through the door and immediately knew that I was about to have the most delicious plate of chicken fried steak and eggs. The service was fantastic and I would describe the food consumption experience as transcendent and euphoric. I would drive to Lakehouse Cafe from Alaska every day if I could afford the gas.

my husband had huevos rancheros and i had steak and eggs. the food was delicious and the service was friendly and fast! our cups always had coffee and the torillas were very tasty. we will return next time we by pass logan nm.
This place was awesome. Huge to-go cups for coffee. Excellent service. The best part? The breakfast burritos. The best part after that? The homemade picante sauce. Even the other patrons are friendly.
Parking: 6 close by spots, but a dozen beyond that. Easily accessible.
