If a lady last name Morency is working, leave. Worst Subway experience of my life. First off, she walked off to help load some large order for a lady when she had at least 2 other able bodied people there. THEN she asked ME to load the heavy coolers in the ladies car for her. When she finally came back to make our food she tried to upsell us on meat. Then she suggested we get our sandwich the way the board said and not with what we wanted on it. Then she gave us medium cups instead of small, which is what we were supposed to get. And then bitched because SHE gave us the wrong cups! Thanked me for helping her when we were in the car leaving only because she had to come out to do something else. This location lost a customer today. Terrible service by the person that's supposed to be the leader in her store.

This girl named desire was so rude. Girl was rolling her eyes at me and my friends and making rude sassy hand gestures when all we did was order our food. On top of that, I asked for Chipotle sauce and she put siracha sauce ALL over my pizza. How rude.

Had a craving for Subway, so we made the trip from Tucumcari last night, which is about 22 miles, and it was completely worth it! Ordered through the app, food was made quickly, and everything was made perfectly! We enjoyed everything! ? Hubby and I both got The Philly (Our fav), got our little girlie the new pizza snack roll up things (forgot the name lol and didn't get a pic of it) she loved it, the Churro (tasty) and the footlong cookie (Very yummy). Fast friendly service, thank y'all so much! Will definitely return to this subway! Highly recommend! ??

Great people the owner was very sweet & heart warming to my story of being stranded due to a flat tire. Paid for my hotel at Gary's for two days .. Nothing but good people in this town. Much Appreciated to Absolutely Everyone ?
Went in today to get me and my children some sandwiches. There was a team leader named Justin that had a horrible attitude when we walked in. When I usually go here I have no problems and the staff is amazing but, today he was very rude. He kept saying things under his breath about people coming in and I wanted my bacon on my sandwich toasted separately. He stated I was picky and kept saying rude things. We felt so uncomfortable. My husband wasn’t even asked if he wanted. I asked my husband if he wanted a sandwich and he said no because he didn’t want his sandwich made with his attitude. Then Justin asked him if he wanted a sandwich after he was already trying to help the other customer even tho we weren’t finished. My husband had to walk out of the store because he was very upset how we were getting treated.I’m very disappointed. I will no longer go there if that “team leader” is working. He’s other co-worker was very nice and she was very kind. I hope our little town can get better customer service due to us not having many places to eat.

Our family drove from tucumcari 1/9/2023 to go eat at subway . We miss our subway . So we were excited to go. We arrived and the young lady working there was very unfriendly. No big deal .. everyone has a bad day so we just decided maybe today was just one of those days . She rolled her eyes when we approached th counter and said “how many sandwiches are you gonna need ?” We told her 4 and a pizza . Her attitude was cold and very unfriendly to say the least . She rushed is threw our order . Made our food quickly ( and it was very good ) . I said all of this is for here . She wrapped all of our order to go . Again not that big of a deal . We took it to our table and and ate . However the very next customers that walked in , she greeted immediately hello how are y’all today with a smile and a courtesy that we we not given AT All!! Was overly accommodating to them and smiled and was polite completely to them. Couldn’t help get the feeing that she didn’t want us there . She automatically made their food for dine in. Even tho I asked for ours to be for there . Ours were wrapped to go . . The food quality was great as usual the customer service not so much ..
