Place is now called Ramona's. The food was really good and service was excellent. Good sized portions that are not too much if you are on a trip, but big enough to ensure you don't leave hungry. The menu does a good job with the Mexican-American concept, and based on our small sample size, they do a good job with both cuisines. Note: The hours on google are incorrect, as it was open on the weekend.
In my 7 years of doing Google reviews I have never had the same sad and surprising experience that I had today, Friday, Nov.10.2023, at this nice restaurant - it was their last day in business after decades of serving as the locals and tourists here in Lordsburg, New Mexico. My waitress, who had also spent decades as an integral part of the Kranberry history, was this side of tears as she took my order and explained their predicament. Went into it not expecting to much. Have not had great look in area with restaurants. Nothing fancy, little dated but very clean and great service. Food was good and nice salad bar.
