We got our debit card stuck in the weirdest place today as we ordered our food. We were so tired, passing through from out of state. It was 100% our fault but they were so sweet and helped us get the card out, all the food was made perfectly, the restaurant was beautiful and clean, bathrooms were nice and clean and customer service was out of this world. You can tell they work well together as a team, they really saved us tonight, as we are on a tight time crunch. Thank you Lordsburg McDonald's, y'all were real heroes tonight ❤️

Two cars in the parking lot and one car at drive up order board. I waited 8 minutes for the lady in front of me to give her order, I can see her multiple times. Put her head into her hands as if the person on the other end of the microphone did not understand or was having a hard time completing her order. After the order was placed the lady sat there as if something was wrong and needed to be fixed. I did not want to have any of the same issues, so I left the establishment.

Slow service and some of the worst food we've had from McDonald's. Not sure if this was an isolated incident or if they're going downhill in general.
Just went here for breakfast the last at the register was very patient and kind to me! when my mobile app wasn't working properly exceptional service I love it and thank you!

The manager is just beyond foul. She makes issues (caused by her employees) the customer’s problem. She had the audacity to take food from a customer’s tray (WHILE HE WAS EATING IT) and give it to another customer. THEN she threw a major tantrum towards the customer. That was the craziest and more immature scene I have ever witnessed.
