I stopped by here about a year ago and the service wasn't very good but the food was ok. I came back the other day hoping service was better, but it wasn't. Service was about the same as last year, the same server would explain why. I asked for country fried steak with gravy on the side. When the server brought it out, gravy was all over it, so she asked if I would accept it. I said no because I specifically asked 3 times for it on the side. She said ok we'll fix it. They literally scraped the gravy off and dropped it back in the fryer , which made it really greasy and tough. When I said something to her about it she just said oh I'm sorry and charged me full price. I will not be back. Sadly the salad was the best part of the entire meal, because I made it myself

Aug.15,2025 7 pm went to go eat. Ordered the Combo #2 and Shredded Taco plate. Asked for Chips and Salsa.. Young girl waited on us. We got our food. Beans and rice had no flavor.. Shredded beef taco had to flavor. Was able to eat one shredded taco only. Left the rest. Never will I order the Shredded taco plate. The waitress never came to our table to see if we needed anything. We were done and just asked for a to go plate. Took the leftovers home and fed it to my dogs. What happened to the service and food ? Last time I was here. It was great service and food. Not a good experience this time around.

I have traveled this country for years and I was not impressed with my food no flavor at all I love Mexican food but I was not impressed but that my opinion give them a try maybe 🤔 it to your liking
This is not our first visit to Ramona's. We eat there every time we're in Lordsburg. The food is good, served hot and fresh. They also serve a house-made salsa that is the best, with just the right amount of heat and wonderful seasoning. Ramona's does prefer cash payment, and there is a small surcharge for using a card, but either way it's well worth it.

My husband and I stopped in Lordsburg on our way to Tucson. It’s a family friendly local restaurant. The food was good and the service was great. I had the turkey avocado sandwich and my husband had the chef salad. Traveling on the road we were tired of eating Mexican food or hamburgers so this was a nice option. Their tea was fantastic and refreshing. And on our way back if we do stop back in Lordsburg we’ll try what they specialize in which is their hamburgers and Mexican food.
