They moved into the old Kranberry's location across the street. Food is good and the restaurant is clean with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Clean restrooms. It's a good stop for travelers.
I miss the previous Chatterbox Cafe which was here. It was excellent!
Ramona's was pretty typical for NM cafes. We had an enchilada and a chili relleno. Both were just OK - adequate, but not really much flavor. The chips with 3 dips were the highlight - we seldom see bean, queso and salsa all offered and all were very good.

Ramona's was a good lunch stop on the road. Service was friendly. Booth & table seating are available.
I took advantage of their salad bar, which had everything from your normal greens, grape tomatoes, and broccoli to toppings like bacon bits, hard eggs, shredded cheese and croutons. There's also some tasty cottage cheese, and the salad bar comes with their soup.
