Of all of the pizza chains, Dominos is my favorite, so I was excited years ago when one opened. However, we consistently have bad experiences with this location. On numerous occasions, they've called to tell us that they can't deliver, or they can't make our order because it's too big. Often when they are actually able to deliver, our order is marked delivered long before it actually arrives. The whole situation feels like there's some kind of shady interaction going on between the local franchise and the corporate website, and the canned responses I see on the other reviews asking unhappy customers to email them at an address that is NOT a corporate address isn't helping that image. The presence of this location killed our far better local options; please figure out how to run your business.

I think this dominos is trying their best!!
Great service when I go, good pizza!
Yes, it takes a minute, but no one wants to work in this town, or anywhere for that matter. I think that the people of Los Alamos just need to get off their high horse and understand dominos isn’t fast food it’s pizza.
This team works their hardest and the people of Los Alamos just give them a hard time with their entitlement because they think they’re smart, but they just don’t have common sense!!
I love this dominos, I’ll be ordering here all the time!!

They did not bring the condiments I ordered with my food. They refused to drop them by my house on their next run. I got upset and told them I would call corporate and have the food items refunded, along with the delivery fee, if they’re refusing to correct their mistake. Guess how they handled that? They hung up on me. So, I’ve already registered a complaint with Dominoes customer support bot. I will surely be speaking to someone to Monday.

Can you give zero stars? They forgot to make my pizza. And it took me 15 minutes waiting in line for acknowledgement from anyone who works there
to find that out.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent management.
This Domino's makes the best pizzas of any Domino's in northern NM as far as I've seen. It would be nice if they had paper plates or even gave you napkins when you pick up an order though.
Ordered online through the app, upon arrival was greeted rudely by young man with attitude working behind the computer, was then told no salad was available and would need to refund the entire meal and then repurchase instead of just refunding the salad or replacing salad with something else equal or less expensive. Also was told there's no paper plates. Ended up with food poisoning to conclude it all.
I am writing to share a concerning experience I recently had with Domino's in Los Alamos, New Mexico (Store #9309 5814). As a regular online customer, I placed an order for two pizzas on April 18, 2025. Upon picking up my order, it was immediately apparent that the pizzas were not we ordered.
When I brought this error to the attention of a staff member, who I believe was involved in preparing the pizzas, I was met with resistance. The employee insisted that the order was correct, despite the clear discrepancies. When I requested that the pizzas be remade, I was informed that there would be a two-hour wait due to existing orders taking precedence.
Opting for a refund instead, I was assured by the same employee that my card had been credited. However, two weeks have now passed, and I have yet to receive any refund. This lack of reimbursement, coupled with the dismissive attitude and the initial error with my order, has left me deeply dissatisfied.
It is particularly troubling that in a small town like Los Alamos, where Domino's has seemingly become the primary pizza provider, the level of customer service and order accuracy would be so lacking. Potential customers should be aware of the issues I encountered at this location.
Delivery guy was literally rudest person I’ve ever met. Don’t know his name but he’s kinda tall with glasses & a bad attitude. Had to put him in check but I hope he gets fired
Disrespectful to customers. Rude. Poor service.

The pizza is overall good, except for one thing: these folks are not very diligent about popping the bubbles that form in the crust. When I worked for Domino's, we were trained to never let a huge bubble form without popping it. My last order, two of my three pizzas had a large bubble and all the toppings had slid off.
This is the worst dominos location in existence - do not recommend if you ever actually want to receive your order
This was the WORST experience I have had ever had.
We ordered 15 pizzas for a hockey team. The guy called me immediately and shared he could cancel my order or it would be a minimum of 2 hours because I should have placed a big order like this the day before. I asked him to find a solution to get the order complete in a reasonable time since we have 16 hungry 8-9 year olds who needed to have food. The guy proceeded to complain, where I suggested to him I could cancel the order and have each family order 2 pizzas each and then instead of one big order we can break it into small orders. He still said, they would not complete any orders from our hotel for over 2 hours then. I even suggested if they they got started with our ordered we would give them an even bigger tip than the $30 already added to the order-- we still were not successful.
We even called back to check on the order and ask if we came to pick it up would it make it easier for them, instead of seeing we we're trying to help them, they proceeded to yell at me saying they would just cancel my order.
I went to the store to pick it up and the 5 employees there were all the rudest folks ever.
They finally made the pizzas 2 hours later.
To Domino's mgnt: suggest to hirer a manager to train these kids to have a sliver of customer service. Get rid of the bad egg there, or terminate them all and restart your hiring process. This happened on 29Dec evening.
I've been in customer service for 30 years and this is the worst I've seen. I would prefer to give a negative rating!

We ordered a medium specialty pizza and when we got home it was burnt. I was very disappointed as we live in a remote area about 30 minutes away. I wish I was able to upload a photo.
