I've done take out 3 times. Food tastes pretty good, but service isn't great. My orders were never ready at the scheduled time. The first time it was a half hour late because they messed up my order. The second two times 10-15 minutes late. Also the waiters running the orders do not seem welcoming, which makes the atmosphere for take out orders feel negative and awkward (I don't know about dine in).

This food was so good. After returning from study abroad in Japan, trying this place was like being back there. I had the Karaage Bento Box, Salmon Nigiri, and FuKi Plum Wine. I cannot express how delicious it was.

Not a regular destination for us, but a nice alternative in this small town.

Origami is seriously a great spot. The food tasted fresh, everything came out quick, and it was honestly just really good. The place is clean and chill, so it’s easy to just sit there and enjoy your meal.

Rose was a big reason it was such a good experience. Her service was awesome, she was super nice, and she actually paid attention the whole time. She made it feel welcoming instead of rushed. Definitely coming back.

Origami is a great local restaurant and the food is really good! Sushi in New Mexico can be hard to come by, but origami has been here for many years and keeps evolving! We had the sashimi sampler and it was beautiful and delicious! The baked rolls are a fun treat and the New Mexico flavors are incorporated in really interesting ways!

We tried their hot pot and it was perfect for sharing between my daughter and me. Absolutely delicious, and on a cold day it made for the perfect, comforting meal. Highly recommend!

Our meal was pretty good.

Chicken katsu was very over done and the sushi roll I got to-go had 80% rice which I found extremely disappointing after paying over $15.

Value is not great, but they do have some creative roll options.

Our favorite high end restaurant. We go for birthdays, anniversaries, and to show off to visitors.

I came in to order a pick up for one person. People who came in 15+ minutes after me got their food and finished their food while I was still waiting. I also added an 18% tip without getting so much as a cup of water. Very disappointed because the food clearly got better after the new owner.
