Ownership changed recently, and the new owners haven’t kept the standards as high. The bagels are still good, but the sandwiches are consistently using much lower quality meat. I hope the downward trend doesn’t continue. This has been a favorite lunch spot for the town for decades.

The food quality and taste has really gone down customer service is also zero after it’s been handed over to the new owner thumbs down cold sandwich bad taste of soup no bread inside and the sandwich bread was substituted without informing me the food doesn’t taste good anymore waste of money and time

Amazing NY style bagels. I had an onion bagel with veggie cream cheese. My hubby had a turkey panini. They were both tasty. My only complaint is that they forgot our order. But they were very apologetic when we asked about it and immediately fixed the error. So I’m sure it wasn’t typical as I saw others quickly getting their order.

Ate here for lunch and the service was very slow, the staff was very rude and they messed up the order. The food itself was ok at best. I can live with some mistakes, but the staff was unbelievably rude when asking for napkins, telling them we didn’t get chips, and telling them they didn’t make one of our smoothies. I didn’t even raise to them that they made mistakes on the food order.
$2.50 for cream cheese was ridiculous. If I'm going to pay that much for cream cheese it better have gold flakes in it. Just because we're next to the lab doesn't mean we have to overcharge on everything.

Bagels were pretty good! Unfortunately they didn't call out our order and it sat behind the counter for 20 minutes until we asked about it. Mistakes happen but they didn't seem to care at all or apologise. Disappointing experience.

I've ordered online on numerous occasions.. On almost every occasion they've had to substitute for some other product.. this time they were out of everything I ordered which is ridiculous.. my order was placed online almost an hour and a half prior to pick up in which they had plenty of time to contact me if there was any issues and they did not and it's not the first time.. but this will be the last time for me ❤️❤️ the food is fantastic... But I will not be back it's very unfortunate..
