Bagels were pretty good! Unfortunately they didn't call out our order and it sat behind the counter for 20 minutes until we asked about it. Mistakes happen but they didn't seem to care at all or apologise. Disappointing experience.

I've ordered online on numerous occasions.. On almost every occasion they've had to substitute for some other product.. this time they were out of everything I ordered which is ridiculous.. my order was placed online almost an hour and a half prior to pick up in which they had plenty of time to contact me if there was any issues and they did not and it's not the first time.. but this will be the last time for me ❤️❤️ the food is fantastic... But I will not be back it's
very unfortunate..

Certainly better than mass produced bagels. The difference is stark
I've never been disappointed with the food, and they have a wider coffee selection than the coffee places in town.

The bagels were delicious and super soft! I loved the ham and chili breakfast sandwich, which was tasty and decently priced. Appreciated the tiny cinnamon sugar muffin that came alongside it.
We also tried the rye bagel (decent but lacked the caraway seeds for a strong rye flavor) and the asiago gourmet bagel (which was delicious, especially roasted and dipped in marinara!)
They were out of some bagel types (like everything seasoning) by 11am on a Sunday, so arrive early for the best selection.

Not bad pricing. About 9-13 bucks for a scrumptious sandwich

Their bagels are great! They made a mistake on my order last time I went, but that won't stop me from going back.

Great sandwiches and soup. Worth the wait. In my opinion a busy restaurant is a good sign. Mix of locals and tourists. Covered patio seating.

We were visiting Los Alamos and in need of lunch. We were welcomed by patient and friendly staff and wonderful service. The bagel with cream cheese was out of this world. My wife had chicken salad and soup which was very good. We also had a wonderful discussion with the assistant manager about the area. A delightful lunch! I highly recommend this place and wish they’d open a location in our home town! Five Stars!
Didn’t have the order that I’d ordered on line - no salad. Ok, I’ll take the second half of the sandwich. The first part was ok but the second they made was burnt. They said it will take another half hour when I showed them. Ended up eating the ‘blackened’ panini.

This is a great place for a coffee or tea and a bagel sandwich. We usually sit outside with our dogs during the less busy times.
